Kosha
PROFILE OF CLAUDIO D'AMORE
Two decades of perfectionist creative work combined with a personal quest for inner peace and tranquillity finally, in spring 2010, gave rise to Kosha.

Born in Switzerland of Italian parents Claudio D'Amore (34) was raised in a multicultural environment. His first creative pieces were produced at the age of 13, when he spent most of his time in his father’s workshop, making all sorts of objects from recycled materials.

In 2000 he graduated in product design from the University of Art and Design (ECAL), recognised as one of the best design schools in Europe. He then set off for London to work with the renowned designer Ross Lovegrove. In 2004 he returned to Switzerland and, aged only 28, established cosanova, a design studio specialising in luxury timepieces and objects.

Tag Heuer, Montblanc, Van Cleef & Arpels, Parmigiani, Hautlence and Concord are just some of the 15 prestigious brands which the studio and its four designers count among its clientele. His work is soon crowned with success and rewarded with international prizes.
